PARD offers a 2-year limited warranty on all Night Vision devices and a 3-year unlimited warranty on all Thermal devices. Product specific warranty information can be found on the card included inside the origional box. If your product develops any issues during the warranty period, please complete the form below to initiate a claim.

We value our US customers and strive to provide top-quality after-sales support free of charge within warranty period, please note that all customers requesting after-sales service must provide proof of purchase. This documentation must confirm that the product was purchased through an authorized US retailer or distributor. If proof of purchase cannot be provided, a surcharge of $300/ticket will apply to cover the costs of service and ensure continued support.
