    2 years for night vision device, 3 years for thermal imaging device and multi-spectral device.

  • Can the device be returned if you don't like it?

    Yes, you can. But please contact our service center within 15days after you receive the product.

  • What warranty conditions apply to your products?

    Non-human damage can be guaranteed within the warranty period.

  • What should I provide if I need after-sale service?

    Please e-mail to our service center with the information that device modelSN codepayment proof and tell us what service you need.

  • Will you contact me as soon as my device is repaired?

    Yes, we will.

  • Where is your repair center?

    Yes, we currently have 3 global repair centers: Hong Kong Repair Center, European Repair Center, and American Repair Center.

  • If my device is damaged after the warranty expires, can it still be repaired?

    Yes, we provide paid maintenance services.

  • How to send the device to repair?

    Please contact the distributor where you bought the device from

  • How long does the repair cost?

    Repair time depends on the complexity of the repair and how busy the service center is. But we do our best to reduce the period.

  • If I want to repair my device by myself. Can you send me technical drawings, electronic components?
