• What is the highlights of Sphinx series?

  It’s 2-in-1 device with a 5-inch large display, and it can be the handheld camera and rifle scope.

• Why my image is blurry?

  Please confirm the diopter focusing and objective focusing have finished.

• My image is a little blurry when I use digital zoom. Is it a defect?

  No, it normal. Because When using digital zoom, image is cropped so resolution will become lower.

• Are there reticle available in the scope?

  Yes, there are 6 style and 4 color reticle options when you use it as a scope.

• When I use Sphinx as a scope, do I need to purchase a mount separately?

  No, we have a mount in the package.

• Please share me the information of battery?

  Sphinx series powered by 18650 in the body device, and 21700 or 26650 battery in the handle, what is more, the battery in the handle can serve as a power sourse to energize the body.

  Note: we have 18650 and 21700 in the package.

• How to install the scope on the rifle?

  Please use the included mount to attach the scope to the Picatinny rail. For more details, please check the user manual.

• What is the warranty time?
