• What is the Osprey 480/640?

  It is a compact multi-spectral binocular with one-large screen.

• Why can't I see the full screen?

  You need to perform interpupillary Adjustment. The adjustment wheel is on the back of the device.

• What are all those lenses on the front of the device?

  Thermal imaging lens, night vision lens, LRF, IR illuminator and diopter adjustment wheel.

• Why my image is blurry?

  Please confirm the diopter focusing and objective focusing have finished.

• How to switch between thermal imaging lens and night vision lens?

  Single press the OK key to switch lens.

• Is it possible to use the binocular with a tripod?

  Yes, it is.

• How to update firmware for the binocular?

  To update the firmware for the binoculars, follow these steps:

  1. Download the latest firmware to your SD card from the official website. Ensure that only the latest firmware file is on the SD card.
  2. Insert the SD card into the slot of the device.
  3. Long press the power button. You will see the indicator light start flashing, indicating that the device is updating.
  4. After the update is complete, the device will power on automatically.

• Does the binocular support using a phone as a viewfinder?

  Yes, please download the Pardvision2 and connect to the device, then you can use phone as a viewfinder.
