  • Are the optics waterproof?

  • My image is blurry when I use digital zoom. Is it a defect?

    Maybe you didn’t focus you objective lens or eyepiece.

  • What should I do if I can’t save imaging setting/switch scene mode/open the menu?

    Update the firmware.

  • Why there is no retical on my screen?
